Get the best hair health you've ever had with this hair hacks.

1. Avoid going to bed with wet hair.

If you sleep on a cotton pillowcase, the moisture will be absorbed and the strands will be yanked, causing damage and breakage to your hair, which is at its most delicate when wet. Instead, use heat protectant and dry your hair with a hairdryer, preferably on a low heat setting for optimal hair health. Wrap your locks in a cotton T-shirt or very absorbent microfiber towel beforehand.

2. Put an end to the habit of washing your hair every day.

Washing your hair too frequently can disrupt the natural biome of your scalp. Instead, wash your hair once or twice a week (unless you’re working up a serious sweat) and only use dry shampoo when necessary.

3. Don’t overload on hair products.

Don't think that using more hair products will provide better results; doing so might lead to product buildup, which can be detrimental to the health of your hair and scalp. When the built-up substance combines with oil and grime, it can make your scalp irritated.

4. It's important not to ignore your scalp.

Having a weakened scalp will eventually lead to weaker hair. Products left on the scalp, dead skin, and excess oil may wreak havoc on your hair, leaving it oily and brittle if you don't take care of it. Scrubbing your scalp once or twice every month is the greatest approach to keep it in good condition. While exfoliating your scalp and clearing away debris, rubbing in a scalp scrub will stimulate circulation.

5. Brush your hair gently.

You should not begin brushing your hair from the top, since doing so can cause strain and damage to the hair's midsection, leading to brittle ends and frizzy hair. Brush your hair from the ends up, starting each time a little higher up the hair shaft, to prevent breakage. One final step is to run your fingers through your hair from root to tip.
