1. Regular Washing
Washing your hair on a regular basis may help to prevent hair loss by maintaining a healthy and clean scalp. It's important to use a gentle shampoo. Using harsher formulas can cause hair to dry out and break, resulting in thinning and baldness.
2. Coconut Oil
Hair is protected from breaking by the lauric acid in coconut oil, which helps the protein in the hair stick together. Better blood flow and hair renewal may be helped by massaging coconut oil into the scalp.
3. Gentle Styling
Avoid tight braids or ponytails that might cause excessive shedding at the root. Let your hair air dry while you're doing it to prevent aggravating your scalp. Curling and straightening irons and other heat styling tools may potentially weaken or break the hair's strands.
